Martha’s House

Martha’s House is a peaceful, 11-bedroom home located on Capitol Hill. In 2026, Jubilee expanded its services by creating this long-term supportive housing program for graduates and alumnae of its transitional housing program.

Martha’s House offers an affordable, supportive next step for women moving from crisis toward lasting stability. Because not every Jubilee graduate wishes to live alone, and many cannot afford market-rate rent while pursuing education or living on a fixed income.

At Martha’s House, graduates and alumnae can transition seamlessly into affordable, community-based living while maintaining access to relationships and program support that help sustain their success. This model ensures that the stability women build during their time in Jubilee’s transitional housing continues well beyond the program itself.
