Jubilee Women’s Center supports each woman to find her best self, explore possibilities for her future, and connect her with opportunities to achieve her goals.
Jubilee’s program takes a holistic approach to working with you on your goals. We start by assessing where you are in 12 key development areas. Together we will identify what you need to overcome barriers, build resiliency, and maintain long-term stability—and we will walk with you along the way.
Jubilee’s 2-year transitional housing program gives program participants the stability and time they need to heal, grow, and rebuild their life. At our three residences in Capitol Hill, you will find safe and affordable housing, learning opportunities, employment preparation and guidance from care manager as the program participant works toward a living wage career and permanent housing. See pictures of the homes by clicking below.
Want to apply for our program? Just click the green apply button in the menu. If you want to tour Jubilee and apply in person, stop by Jubilee’s main office (620 18th Ave E) for drop-in applicant sessions on Thursdays 11am to 2pm. All in one visit, you can tour the home, ask questions, fill out application paperwork, and interview.
Jubilee’s free clothing boutique is a longstanding and vital resource for any woman with low income in our area. Gently used clothing and accessory donations are carefully processed and presented in a modern, welcoming setting that resembles a clothing store.
Behind every statistic is a story of uncertainty, resilience, and progress. The journey toward stability is rarely a straight line. It is shaped by challenges, setbacks, and moments of courage along the way.
At Jubilee, that journey becomes possible through connection, compassion, and consistent support. When women have a community that walks alongside them, stability is no longer out of reach. It becomes something they can build step by step, with dignity and hope.
