Jubilee Application

Led by the guiding principle that women of all races and cultures are to be treated with respect and dignity, Jubilee provides programs and services that empower women to make positive life changes.

Facilities & Amenities: Each resident is provided with a furnished room with a twin bed and access to a shared private bathroom. Additionally, residents have access to a community washer/dryer, kitchen with individual food storage, community wifi & TV, computer lab, and beautiful indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Jubilee might be the right program for me if I:

  • Am an adult individual who identifies as female
  • Am a resident of King County for at least 6 months
  • Am experiencing homelessness or at risk for homelessness, domestic or sexual violence survivor, inpatient treatment graduate, reentering society after incarceration or living in unsuitable environment.
  • Have a monthly income of $2,266 or less at time of intake
  • Am clean and sober for a minimum of 12 weeks at the time of entry

Financially I am able to pay:

  • A $75 deposit when I enter the program
  • $165 per month in room fees for the first three months, $340 per month for the next three months & $680 per month after 6 months.

As a participant in the program I agree to:

  • Maintain my assigned community household chores
  • o Attend scheduled house meetings
  • Respect others and work through conflicts as they arise
  • Live sober and submit to random drug testing

To aid in my own success I commit to:

  • Meet regularly with my Case Manager
  • Participate in 20 hours of work, school, professional development, or volunteering per week
  • Complete required Jubilee courses
  • Set short and long term goals and actively work toward finding sustainable housing
  • Meet regularly with the Behavioral Health Support Specialist

I’m excited about the opportunity to:

  • Access employment, education, and financial planning resources
  • Build community and long-term relationships

I’m a returning former resident and:

  • I left in good standing with Jubilee
  • I meet the criteria and agree to the guidelines above
