Sojourner Place

Located in the University District, Sojourner Place (SJP) is the Jubilee property dedicated to serving women between the ages of 18-25 experiencing homelessness or at risk for homelessness, domestic violence victims, reentering society after incarceration, inpatient treatment graduates, or living in unsuitable environment.

Referred to as “transitional youth,” this age group of women have often experienced acute early childhood trauma. Sojourner Place offers 12 private rooms and a home like feeling that will allow the young residents the space and programming needed to heal from their past. Young, pregnant women are also welcome at SJP.
