Eligibility Requirements for Jubilee Women’s Center

1.  Adult female

2.  Low income ($18,200 as defined by HUD 30% area median income) and able to pay 30% of your monthly income in rent ($50 minimum)

3.  Six months continual sobriety and commitment to remain clean and sober while in the program

4.  Willingness and ability to live in a community setting

5.  Willingness to participate in shared community responsibilities

6.  Commitment to working toward independent housing

7.  Commitment to working on personal goals

8.  No history showing inability to live cooperatively in a community setting

9.  Positive references
