Living at Jubilee is an experience designed to empower you to become exactly who you want to be. We know that you are a unique, responsible, dynamic individual, and we're here to help you express that in a way that works for you.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Single female between 21-62 years old
- Low income and able to pay rent
- Ability to work, attend school, or volunteer in the community
- Clean and sober for at least six months prior to moving into Jubilee
- Applicants who need mental health services must be working with a mental health provider and have at least three months of living independently in the community after in-patient mental health treatment
- Not “at risk” from abusive relationships
- Ability to work cooperatively with housemates to perform weekly chores to maintain the house
- Commitment to attend three free classes in our Learning & Technology Center every six months
- Commitment to meet with care manager weekly to set and work towards personal goals and objectives
- Commitment to attend house meetings to collaborate with other residents
